"A nice place to spend the night in Colcapampa"

This place has everything a person who hiked Salkantay needs: a comfy bed, a hot shower, and a tasty dinner.

This place has some stellar reviews, but when we arrived, it felt a bit deserted, eerie. We were mostly alone during our one-night stay, and it felt like we were disturbing the staff in some way.

New, well maintained andean huts. Hot shower with towels included. Dinner and breakfast were both tasty and filling (but not huge). Pointing out the kindness of the hosts--I forgot some important items at the lodge, and they were happy to assist with sending them over to Aguas Calientes. Super appreciated!

Breakfast was satisfactory but can be more varied
