Worst hotel that I ever visited. The hotel owner is not giving room even though it was booked one month back and he is asking more money. It is a kind of black marketing

The room was not clean. There were cockroaches In the room. No toiletries were provided by the hotel. The bed was not comfortable. It was sinking in the middle. Had a back pain in the morning due to the bed.

The overall experience was good

The lift was not working, since our room was on the 4th floor, it was difficult.

They denied the service and later overcharged me to provide room. It was over 10PM... i had no other option... never book this property or never choose booking dot com

Young staffs were very active. Reception staff was very polite.

1. All time worst food. 2. Not well trained cook in the hotel. 3. Owner doesn't want to invest more to improve the hotel service. 4. All staff was untrained & needed to have trained. 5. Bedsheets were not washed everyday.

It was a very dirty place. I thought Booking.com is a very good option but the hotel was an OYO which overcharged me 6700 instead of 1300 which was showing in OYO. ROOM was full of cockroaches and food was not provided on time.
