Good, small, clean apartment in the city center, elevator, washing machine, even washing pods, you have everything you need for living, I recommend it, the owner very friendly and helpful

Bed was creaky and wasn’t a great nights sleep

The apartment was good and more, the elevator is very small and old, the building in general is old but the apartment has been renovated, the location is excellent

Great shower. Loved the balcony. Great position. Despite previous reviews, the lift is perfectly safe just small so one person with luggage at a time.

"free parking" is on a first come first serve basis which is confusing for foreigners who don't understand you can park in the turning lane out front

The location of this property is great, very close to the subway at Universitate. Enough space, cozy and pretty clean. The elevator might look scary but, as Romanians, we are very used to post communism buildings and don’t get scared so easily. I personally didn’t see an issue with it as it worked perfectly every time!

The location of the property is very central, so it does get a little noisy during the night if you are a light sleeper. Somebody else said in their review that the bed is squeaky. I came as a solo traveler so I didn’t really care but I can agree that that is true. If you re planning to do something on that bed, it might be an issue :)

Only location is good.

First of all is a terrible bed, it is very squeaky. Every time you, or your wife turns in a bed, you wakes up. Furniture is falling apart, mosquito net is broken. It was stated in the booking, that we are 3 persons : couple with a kid. However, when we came, it was only 1 bed with bed sheets. When I asked the owner for a bed sheets for 2 nd bed for a kid, she just ignored my question. Very obvious, that nobody takes care about the appartment, only very basic cleaning and thats it. Lift in the building is very scary and looks completely unsafe to use.
