Convenient Gatlinburg Condo

Like location and size of place

Just didn’t like washer & dryer didn’t work only thing

Location

No pans, not very clean, we had to clean it when we arrived, the rugs were turned up tripping hazard, paint on the walls was bad shape, cheap paper towels, terrible soap and the TV had very little programming hard to watch when every other channel is blocked

Price, convenient, very comfortable

One small set of stairs was unavoidable.

I loved that it was a full condo. It gave us plenty of space for our needs and was right up the road from the convention center (and downtown gatlinburg).

The beds were comfortable! Everything was nice.

It is well supplied and quiet. Has an elevator to reach 4th floor.

It was nice and great location. Nicely decorated and smelled wonderful open arrival

*We could not get the tv in den to work. There were no instructions anywhere explaining remotes. * Wine stain on pillowcase was gross * neither bathtub stopper worked. We really needed one working bathtub on the trip. You will be able to check and see bath water will not hold in guest tub at all and master leaks fast. * a major disappointment. We asked does the condos have elevators. It was very misleading they did not tell us after elevator you will still have one flight of stairs. One of the guest has arthritis.

Nice property, the deck was nice, clean orderly

Too many tv remotes, no batteries, no instructions for how to switch from tv to firestick
