"If not for the Reception desk and getting inside, all was very good, more than expected."

Reception where we got the key was not in the same building as the room. Only small instructions easy to miss were there. And there were no instructions on how to open the gate to use the lift. Luckily someone came up and told us how. Other than this, everything was very good, better than expectations.

On the day when we were leaving, it was very nice to allow us to leave our suitcases at the information desk. Good access to public transports.

A little noisy as sounds of tram and cars came in.
