Anouxa Riverview Guesthouse

There were a variety of quite different rooms on the premises, two were available and I choose one with lovely wooden shutters that blacked out really well.

I read other reviews that said it was worth the extra money to stay next to the river, and when I looked on booking.com serval rooms with a river view were available, which was great as I booked the same day as I arrived. So I was really disappointed when I got there, and with regards to my reservation, there were two rooms to choose from and neither with a view of the river. I spoke to the owner about it and he said 'well actually you have to pay a lot more for the river view rooms' which is fine, as long then, as the booking.com page is clear that the rooms available don't actually have a river view. If it matters to you I think it's worth messaging the property to check that's what you are actually getting, as I think he had selected the river view option on all of the rooms when listing them, but that's just not the case. Also a neighbour started chopping wood behind my room at 6.45am, which wasn't great to wake up to.

rooms were dated, but nice, bathroom large, garden and hammocks on the river lovely. owner can arrange bus tickets etc to pakse or Siphandon. bike and motorbike rentals available at the property

owner seemed a bit dodgy with the math when it comes to payment and exvhange rates. not a huge problem, just make sure you keep track of what you owe and what you have already paid. otherwise, nice enough place to stay

Sympathique Guest House dans le centre de cette ville-rue ou gros village qu'est Champasak. Un havre de verdure au bord du Mékong. Ambiance familiale. Toute la famille est présente dans l'environnement du restaurant. Bon service touristique : vélo, scooters, ticket de bus et d'autres renseignements et excursions... Les chambres sont confortables terrasses dont une vers le fleuve. Joli jardin tropical. Bref, on se sent chez des amis . Rapidement au temple de Wat Phou. La restauration est très bonne à pris correct.

Lovey big clean room and a lovey garden. The staff are really friendly and you can hire bikes and motors from them.

L'atmosfera molto familiare. Cibo gradevole e host attento ai bisogni. Struttura pulita.

Il bagno un po' troppo striminzito.

Un lieu calme, avec de petits moyens, mais correcte. C’est propre.

Vi lejede "cykler", men de var i rigtig dårlig stand Både vi og andre oplevelse at slangerne eksploderede, og at værten var ligeglad med, at det er temmelig udfordrende at få skiftet en slange så langt ude på landet, og at flere måtte trække cyklen tilbage i flere timer i varmen ( 30 grader )
