Hygiene is a concern as we found hair on the both beds, and after contact the cleaner did come on the second day to made beds rather than changed the beddings. Some of the furnitures are broken and the bathroom sink was half blocked. We have reported the blockage but no action taken. Disappointed. The rooms are upstairs, there is no lift.

Corner of room was dusty..room was above the restaurant, so when open room door, a gush of unpleasant oily smell..room on 1st floor, so need to climb 2 flights of stairs.. inconvenient to carry luggage up and down (lucky got foreign workers from the restaurant to help and that depends on the time of arrival and departure to catch the timing of the restaurant opening hours (11.30am to 8.30pm)..no hand towels.. never bath when restaurant doing the washing at closing time (8.30pm), the water supply is affected (we were not informed, so I was washing hair halfway, got no water. My friend got to go down to restaurant to check what happened and was told due to restaurant doing washing at closing time, water supply affected)..no phone in room to call for emergency..only using text msg but was not told whether 24 hrs not?? Overall, bad experience and will not consider to stay again..Proper hotel with facilities will be better..

THThe room, room facilities, and location were very good. But the staff misunderstood and started with the not ok conversations called us to stop while walking up the stairs to the room and asked if we stayed here or why were we walking up to the room even we had already checked in the day before. Even she apologized for that later but that situation should have not happened to stop the guests with a very bad yelling to stop like that. Also we asked for room making, beds were made but no new towels and bottled water were provided even we used and ran out of bottled water. We had to request after reaching the room. I was not sure if they were new bottles or re-filled in the old bottles. Would be much better if there is the staff on-site apart from restaurant open times.
GBRoom was massive, clean and comfortable, well equipped with toiletries
Entry and exit through the restaurant a little unusual but without issues
