Tenia dudas, nunca me había hospedado en esta cadena y super bien, me gusto la limpieza, el alambrin que tienen los cuartos y el desayuno y la vista excelentes.

Todo bien, el personal muy atento y pendiente de lo que uno necesita

En el bar y en el restaurante hay que mejorar. No todo es la vista desde el piso 9 1. La cocina, la calidad y presentación de platillos, un mejor chef. 2. El servicio, con grupos grande se evidencia su falta de capacitación 3 El aire acondicionado, si la mesa está cercana al vidrio en el restaurante, está muy fuerte, debe haber más difusores para que no "salga de chorro"
