Urbanstay Incheon ChinaTown

Super safe, excellent security, very clean bright, tastefully furnished and decorated. Convenient, every thing provided including washer, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, snack bar on site including grocery store. Everyone in the office was kind and patient when we had some complications which had nothing to do with our stay. Before our cruise, this was the best place to stay at.

The stay was comfortable, but the check-in process was not. The email I received was not clear about which entrance or floor to go to. Even the security guard in the next building didn't know where it was because it's a new building. I tried sending emails to get help, and finally, someone replied saying, 'Maybe you are in the wrong building.' ​Additionally, there was no hot water at all. When I reached out, she asked if I needed help 'turning the water on.' I didn't feel good about that. When she came, she told me I needed to switch rooms, so I had to unpack everything and then pack it all up again to move to a different floor. The whole process was very tiring. ​Everything else was good. Chinatown is close, as are Mart and convenience stores. It's a 5-minute walk from the bus and train station."

The room was very spacious and clean. The only disappointing things was everything was in Korean no English translation for the tv or Ac control, it did took a bit to understand all the functionality of the rooms. Chinatown was nearby, with Uber about 5 minutes drive.

They need to fix the shower pressure. Water flow was so week
