Sunbell Ventures Guesthouse

I had just landed from East London, I asked if I could drop my bags and then explore Cape Town, the owner was kind enough to let me and also assigned me a room right away. I was welcomed warmly, given a tour and prayed for. I was alerted on the parts of Cape Town to look out for, it was bliss. When I had to sign out, I was assisted to the gate with my luggage. They are really friendly and very warm. It felt like home. Everything I liked.

I liked the staff, they were very friendly. I'm happy with the service of the staff.

The whole place, it was glorified on their website only to find out that the facilities don't look like it was advertised. We were quite upset about that and would never recommend Sunbell Ventures Guesthouse not even to my worst enemy. The place was falsely advertised on their site, making it seem like an ideal place only to find out that it's all completely BS.

Very friendly and welcoming staff

I ran out of toilet paper and it wasn’t replaced I had to go ask. The towels got taken out of the room and wasn’t replaced, I had to ask for a towel to shower. On the first night the other guests were so noisy they only quieted down after midnight.

The place was peacefull, no noise at all , well maintained and last but not the least, the services there was amazing!
