"Ok stay, but needs improvement"

The property has a nice backyard with potential. Air-con works well. Windows can be blacked out for a good night sleep. Pets are welcome. The communication with the owner/manager was easy and quick.

There are many things to improve. The backyard was unusable, as there were heaps of constraction tools laying around (owner apologized for it, but that was it), plus plants were not trimmed. The area was full of mosquitoes, and bugs, but there was no bug-net on the doors or windows. We got only 1 set of keys, which was always a problem getting in and out (the gate and the door both open only with a key). We received 3 small towels, so had to buy proper sized ones. The fridge is only a small fridge, with no freezer compartment - we had throw out the freezed baby food we brought with ourselves. There is a small number of utensils and pots in the kitchen, it can be way more equipped.
