Apartament położony jest blisko głównych atrakcji Rygi, jest świeżo odnowionym z zachowaniem elementów dawnego wyposażenia. Należy zwrócić uwagę że jest położony na ostatnim piętrze kamienicy.

The location is great and the apartment is very spacious and clean. The kitchen would be perfect if one wanted to do some cooking.

The corridor of the building entrance is in an emergency condition, with plaster and pieces of the ceiling falling from above, and the steps are covered in plaster. The apartment is on the 5th floor (top attic level), there is no elevator, and it is difficult to carry luggage up. Be careful with this owner, as they will later claim and try to make you pay for damages you did not cause. Water drains poorly in the apartment, and the owner will say you have to pay for it, including for cleaning the pipes. There is a Chinese restaurant downstairs, and the apartment is constantly filled with a strong smell of fried garlic, onions, and deep fryer oil, which lingers in all rooms and on clothes. Check all the windows carefully, because the owner will try to charge you over €100 for non-existent window damage, as well as for already torn bed sheets. I do not recommend staying here.

We had a heavy bag.. it would be helpful to know that the apartment is on the 5th floor and no lift is available.

Нам не повезло! И с утра не смогли сходить помыться и в туалет. Система засорилась. А остаться семьей с детьми без удобств удовольствие так себе.

L'appartamento è molto bello, in una posizione vicina al centro storico e al quartiere Art Nouveau. Sotto casa c'è una pasticceria molto buona e un ristorante Georgiano da provare. La luce e gli spazi ampi ci hanno consentito di soggiornare in relax in questo appartamento.
