well, it was 50/50. some towels were in stains, every furniture was very cheap, but bedding was good. very good the fact that metro is close and some very beautiful places in 15 minutes walk. found a dead cockroach in a cabinet. very bad smell in bathroom. and mold smell is everywhere.
