A localização em relação à praia, às zonas de restauração e lazer. E, também, o facto de ter um hipermercado e uma farmácia perto é, sempre, importante.

Die Nähe zum Strand

Der Balkon, nicht nutzbar weder richtige Möbel noch eine schöne Aussicht (Friedhof), dann hat man keine Sonne drauf. Die Möbel sind alt und die Wohnung ist sehr sehr dunkel

"Good value and good location in a property that is a bit dated"

It was nice to finally be in a place that was fully furnished— and not with cheap stuff from IKEA. Really close to the beach and a nice store. Kitchen had everything and therm some. Very spacious.

Very musty and there were incense sticks everywhere to cover the smell. But for me the perfume odors are even worse! We took all that stuff outside and opened it all up and after a day or so it was okay. The other down side was the tv. Only 5 channels and all in Portuguese. It stormed for a couple of days and it would have been nice to watch some movies. It would have been nice to have had some books and games available.
