The neighborhood and responsive staff members.

The kitchen was super basic. It could have been better equipped given that we had told them we were traveling with kids and elderly parents and needed a fully equipped kitchen. Also cleanliness could have been better. The property got cleaned only every other day and the fans were dusty as were the floors under the beds.

The location is excellent. The staff & management is good, serviceable, cooperative, helpful & friendly.

Kitchen facilities are very basic and could have added Microwave, Electric Kettle, Crockery such as Cup Saucers, Glasses etc; Need to improve on maintenance issues such as doors not closing, wardrobe latches missing, no locker facility for valuable items. No mirrors, no exhaust fans in the Wash rooms. Not enough furniture in the Drawing Room for seating. The Couch cum bed sofa was not in a working condition. Expected better for the money we paid. However, we did have a good stay at Downtown
