BRICKS Backpackers Sleepbox

Good location, privacy, friendly staff. The dorm was never full during my stay and I noticed them cleaning the communal areas quite often which was great as there were at least 12 beds in the dorm room for only 2 combined shower/ toilets. Location was fantastic, a short walk to and from the bus stop.

The beds were rock hard and so uncomfortable it made my muscles sore. This is not an exaggeration of any kind. I had to go get a massage after staying here a few nights to loosen up which ended up more expensive than staying elsewhere in cameron hylands.

Every thing

I stayed here for around a month. The sleepboxes give a lot of privacy, even though it's a dorm. The staff are wonderful, and can accommodate whatever you need. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

My one issue was that the wifi signal sometimes dropped, but I understand we are quite remote in Tanah Rata.

It was clean from the door to bed and everywhere. No bed smells, no insects, no tracks of pests. Nicely organized and cleaned often. Staff are professional and polite.

Wifi was not as good as others I mentioned, and no AC. Blanket was thick and I could not sleep longer hours at once. A little pan is in the each dom, but it is almost pointless somehow, it makes noisy, but no functional works
