Spacious Hatfield Apartment

Great hosts, communicated well, cleaning was great, security personnel were excellent. It was a lovely stay.

Cleaning on the check in day got delayed and I needed to rest but nothing that I could complain about as the hosts did apologize about it due to the same day booking and the cleaning service did the very best they could to make me check in as soon as possible. They turned a somewhat uncomfortable situation to a good experience afterwards.

Television wasn’t working Internet didn’t work We struggled to find the land lord, had to pay an additional R 300 for a key deposit which they did pay back, the couch was dirty.

The location was good But

The wifi was not working, there was no coffee, no sugar, no tea to welcome the guest with no soap in the bathroom, and only one towel. The toilet paper was not of good quality

Its not clean, there's wifi but it doesn't connect, had to bath with cold water because the geyser was not on..TV had no channels to watch.Everything was just awful

Nothing, we were informed about a refundable deposit after booking and the ladies wouldn't let us stay and made us stay at a guesthouse.

Everything, we weren't even allowed to stay because of a 300 refundable deposit for the room key and remote. We were only made aware of it after we arrived at the location and they made us wait for 10 mins at the gate and a different woman from the one I called when booking answered.
