Staff member were good people , Owen of the property insulted me when I complained about electricity and cleaning of the place . For the 7 days I stay in apartment was cleaned only once, I was not informed about the cleaning policy of the property, so i was expected to staff to clean at lease more than 1 day during my stay.

I was not informed before check in that I have to switch off the geyser in order to save electricity during my stay I end up buying electricity during my stay was my understanding that electricity was including in the Accomodation fee

Hi i never stayed at the place as it a fraud. After booking i got the number and called. No answer and afterwards drove to the place. It was a block of flats and my number was blocked when i triedcalling again. I am awaiting my refund.
