GBGreat location in Monopoli, lots of restaurants around and 5 mins walk to old town. There is no lift but the staff helped carrying the luggage which was very helpful. Good space for a family though toiletries are very limited so you'd need to buy your own if staying for longer.
Check out time is quite early, but the staff was quite flexible with it.

USThe apartment was nice sized, and included a washer. We found the bed to be very comfortable. The shower was small but manageable. Good location for walking around town, and close to rail station.
USCozy apartment, comfy bed, quiet street but just steps to main piazza and the old port. Enjoyed Monopoli and were able to branch out via public transport to see other towns as the unit was only a 10 min. walk to train station. Unit had all necessary amenities. Responsive host. One flight of stairs up but host met us and helped bring bags up. We only had carry on roller bags. Fruit store across street. Cafes in the main piazza nearby. Washer, drying rack, small heater in the bedroom, umbrella, beach umbrella, bags for grocery shopping, cleaning supplies, towels, toiletries, 3 coffee machines, kitchen items including bread knife and cutting board. 2 extra folding chairs. Good size fridge, convection cooktop so you have to put the metal disc on top for using the little espresso machine. We did not use the upper loft bedroom area. We did not have a car. Stayed a week and enjoyed our stay.
