Dangerous house due to ceiling fall down. No one should live in.

L'appartement est très bien placé pour toutes les visites que nous avions prévus sur Porto. Conforme au descriptif et propre.

The property was a BUILDING SITE! The front facade was covered in scaffolding , blue mesh & tarpaulin blocking the view of the river from the bedrooms! There was a ladder for workmen right outside my bedroom window meaning there was no PRIVACY as workmen could appear at any moment! The rooftop area was also a building site with workmen up & down ladders to the roof & others cutting wood with a very noisy electric saw! The water feature wasn t working & was fille by a huge piece of tarpaulin! There were stacks of roof tiles & workmens equipment everywhere! I have photos to prove ALL of this!! In addition the lock for the door came out completely in my hand on the day b4 we left! Ledan our contact at the property was extremely rude & blamed us for the broken lock threatening a charge of €75 to call out a locksmith!!!! Fortunately i was able after much effort to get the lock back into the door & working. It turned out that there was a screw missing all along & it was definitely not my fault! On leaving the property wehad to climb over more work mens equipment to get out off the door!Howcan i send photographs to you!all of the beds had earplugs on them so the property people knew that it was very noisy coming from workmen

Muy amables los chicos que están allí, fueron muy gentiles, el lugar está en remodelación, está ubicado una calle un poco fuerte para las personas mayores, pero si volviera a alquilar el lugar, baño cómodo y lugar cómodo

No tiene ascensor y con malestar grandes es super incómodo.
