Experiencia muy negativa. El apartamento no se corresponde con lo anunciado: estaba sucio con humedad y un olor muy desagradable además de ser mas pequeño de lo que muestran las fotos. Eramos tres personas y el sofá estaba roto. La fachada estaba en obras sin avisar (andamios y redes... redes que no se veían en las fotos) No pudimos quedarnos y tuvimos que buscar otro alojamiento por nuestra cuenta. Intentamos muchas veces contactar por teléfono con el anfitrión y fue imposible porque el teléfono facilitado no existía No lo recomiendo en absoluto Además señalar que Booking no fue de ayuda en ningún momento.

Je recommande ce logement ! malgré que le toit terrasse été en travaux (pas adapté aux enfants) et que certaines personnes étendent leurs linges sur les chaises .Dommage car cette espace est un vrai plus en fin de journée dans d’autres conditions. l’emplacement et top, avec deux enfants deux 8 et 11 ans, 20 mn max de tout ! Les deux restaurants autour restent cher mais valent vraiment le coup ! PROVAVEL semi gastro (incroyable) et l’intrigue, a une vue splendide !!!! Nous avons apprécié le literie rapport qualité/prix sauf le canapé dont l’assise est en mauvais état. Un vrai plus d’avoir de produit de toilette ( papier wc, gel douche et un sèche cheveux !) C’était propre mais les produits ménager s’entaient fort en arrivant. La personne qui s’est occupée de nous car nous avons eu un soucis avec la cafetière était très réactive et professionnelle. Nous reviendrons 😊

The apartment was very cold despite the heating. A foul odor constantly emanated from the toilet. Dishes not thoroughly washed. The entire building was covered in scaffolding because they were renovating it. There was zero information about why we should be looking at the construction site instead of the views! RIDICULOUS. Only one key for the front door; if you lose it, the owner doesn't even have a second key, and you have to pay for a locksmith! THE OWNER IS HORRIBLE! NO CONTACT WITH HIM. WE NEEDED HELP, AND HE ONLY RESPONDED 7 HOURS LATER, IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT! EVEN BOOKING COULD NOT CONTACT HIM!

O prédio estava em obras e não fomos informados no momento da reserva. O que supostamente era para ser uma vista para o rio, era uma vista para os andaimes das obras.
