To start with, we booked this accommodation in such short notice, however, as a client, you would expect that the place will be ready upon your arrival since booking.com asks for full payment upon booking. My partners family and I decided to take an overnight trip in Tagaytay hence booking this place, reviews on this place was good so we decided to book it, LOCATION wise, very handy as it is in the middle of everything, nearby 7-11 shop and it has a parking space. The house also have an overlooking view which is breathtaking. HOST: in the beginning it was difficult to contact them, if its not from the people who works for them next door, we wont be able to contact them at all. Keys are difficult to collect obviously coz they are not aware of the booking. However, as soon as they knew they have guests, they are apologetic to the situation and they even send us oranges and offered late check out the following day for compensation, Although we didnt really needed that and did not avail because we have a schedule to keep up.

The house is not ready at all, very dusty everywhere probably due to the construction next door. They start working early Saturday morning and you can hear banging super early. We turned on the aircon and the dust came out everywhere into the room. We have to request to clean the toilets as well as it smells urine. the house says 3 bedroom but the bedroom downstairs is not livable at all, the toilet in there stinks with house fly and we've decided not to use it at all. Plugs upstairs inside the rooms are not working so we have to charge at the hall way. They did sweep and mop the floor when we left to explore the area but the smell was still there. The house is dated and decorations are old. It is EXPENSIVE and for me is not worth it at all. This review is only based on the experience that we have the last time we visit. We could have just asked for a refund or cancellation that day but it is such a hassle for us since we wanted to have a relaxing and stress free day. I also do not intend to rebook the place in the future, and for that, I am giving this accommodation and experience a 1 star.

This is the best staycation house we've experienced so far. The owner is very kind and nice. She allowed us to check in an hour early free of charge. She even provided us with fruits and charcoal for barbecue. The house is very huge with spacious rooms, bathrooms, and garage. It's complete with amenities and very clean also. The view from the rooftop is spectacular❤️❤️❤️Bonus points - pet friendly and is literally at the center of Tagaytay.❤️❤️❤️ There's really nothing else I can ask for. We loved and enjoyed our stay ❤️❤️❤️We will definitely book this house again in the future!❤️❤️❤️
