Knightsbridge Luxury Escape

The location was perfect. The place was quite homely and the apartment matched the pictures 100%

1.Maintenance of the place can be improved... There was mold in the bathrooms, this can make people sick. Some of the light bulbs were not in working condition. 2. The kitchen could have been better stocked, and the iron was unusable. 3. There was spoiled milk in the coffee machine. Maybe just to ensure proper cleaning is done when clients check out as there were also expired items in the kitchen cupboards.

Location and very spacious. Comfy couches and beds and bedding. Nice decor Excellent security We really enjoyed our stay.

Unit was not cleaned properly. Chips lying on the carpet and under couches. 1x wine glass and 1 x champagne class in cupboard. Cups some stained by not being washed properly. Bathroom ceiling very moldy and dirty shower. Grout moldy and hair in shower. Nail clipping in bathroom. Through dirty mark. Cleaning company needs to be checked and managed.

The setting high up with crazy views of the mountains and Cape Town was mind blowing!! It was very close to all the sites that we needed to visit as well. Would recommend for all travellers!

Location central to everything we wanted. The views were fantastic.

The on suite bathroom need an major update to the shower. and should have a shower in the main bathroom.

There was no breakfast requested

There was no heating

Place was spacious and tidy. Was a home away from home. Luvd the walkways and parks surrounding the area.

It's had 2.5 bathrooms bt only 1 shower and ad a family of 5 it was a bit awkward. Other than that we had a magnificent stay.

The only like was the location and the views.

Firstly, there is only 1 full bathroom with 1 shower for 5 people. The 3 bathrooms advertised is misleading. The 2nd bathroom is a toilet only. The 3rd bathroom is a jacuzzi only, no shower. The 4 beds and pillows were extremely poor quality, kids slept on the lounge couches instead. We paid extra for cleaning services during our stay, however the host refused and said cleaning will only be done once we vacate the property. Also, one towel per person was provided and we were told to wash our own towels and dry them in the balcony, however after the first wash the towels remained wet throughout our stay as the balcony is an enclosed room. No tumbledryers available . No towels for the rest of our stay. Unacceptable. The kitchen was infested with ants throughout our stay, spoiling all our food on the kitchen counters and dining room table. There is a glass bottle with shower gel in the shower which didn't function anyway and a safety hazard, especially with kids. Basic necessities like bottled water should be offered on the initial arrival as guests do not know whether the tap water is safe for consumption or not. Worst experience ever. Will never return or recommend. Far from a "luxury" apartment. Highly disappointed.

From the warm welcome we received, to the comfortable, well appointed, accommodation in a beautiful setting (with STUNNING VIEWS), my family and I (we were 5 adults) enjoyed our stay at Knightsbridge very much.
