ZAZAProperty was central. We could reach all of the mall and shops easily.
The fact that our family had to sleep so scattered that whole week that we spent there. The staff were not hospitable at all. Cleaning days were documented but the staff didn’t come to clean, they didn’t communicate their work ethic with us. Some days we were told that they want to go home early so our rooms would not be cleaned.

ZAZAZAThe location was good. There was a pool and parking was secure. The ground staff were friendly.
There were bugs everywhere. We were told they sprayed every day, but it’s clear the place needs to be fumigated. Bugs were even in the fridge and microwave! The WiFi is unit 7 was also terrible, which as wasn’t ideal for someone traveling internationally without roaming options.
