Very clean inside Landscaping could use some work outside for sure

The hot water was either super hot or warm. Nothing in between. If you skipped one day of cleaning due to sleeping you were then kicked out of the order to have it cleaned the next day. Kind of strange and not happy about that

The location worked great for us!

The air conditioning unit was faulty in our room and there was no one to help with that. While the beds were great, the sheets were not. A lot of money for sub par accommodations

Rooms were big, bed was really comfortable, staff was friendly, included breakfast was really good

I’d like to see an actual pull out couch instead of a trundle underneath the couch

Excellent staff, facikuties, breakfast..

The matress ans pillows were way, way to soft... back & neck was hurting after trying to sleep..I would suggest that it is very likely time to replace mattresses and pillows in room 316

The lobby was lovely and the layout of the room was nice.

The couch was uncomfortable and would have liked a pillow top for the bed. The mattress was not too comfortable.
