Il personale era a dir poco maleducato, toni imperdonabili, non che messaggi al quanto sconcertanti. Ci hanno trattato come bambini, e a qualsiasi domanda anche solo informativa, andavano sulla difensiva. Un'amica aveva una stanza al piano di sopra, e scrivevano a me cosa faceva perchè la guardavano dalle telecamere...
