Loved the place, amazing facilities and cleanliness. People were lovely and polite. Perfectly placed near the beach and dairy right in centre of Brighton.

Hard to cook if wanting to unless wanting to reheat or barbecue something due to main cooking facilities being a barbecue or microwave (as well as toaster and jug).

Friendly hosts. Very quiet, private and comfortable accommodation, excellent facilities in pristine condition .beautiful garden setting. Highly recommend for a beach holiday. Stunning beach few minutes walk from the accommodation.
