Owner was lovely and her dog was sweet! Cabin was very clean, comfy and warm and welcoming when we got there. Enjoyed our stay here.

I liked everything There is a Taylor Street at nearby Green Island - i went there first. Make sure you choose Brighton in google maps.

-one of the cheapest accommodations you can choose in Dunedin -very friendly hosts -close to beaches, the city and the airport -it’s a recently built sleepout, everything is so factory fresh -winter warm -you can see the local birds taking food from the bird feeders in the yard: Tui, starlings, blackbirds, sparrows and etc. Great for bird lovers.

-Well, it was a bit noisy at night, the neighbours were quiet but I am not sure if the noise was from the ceiling or the floor. Clickings, tappings, and floor creaking. All happened while I was asleep. Thought there were someone/sth in the house. Maybe a bit uneasy for scary cats/light sleepers. -do not expect to cook your own food. No stove or whatsoever.

Great location walking distance from the beach with a nice cafe for breakfast , would definitely stay again.
