Away from hustle, with amazing views, good food and serene location - I'm glad to sleep overnight in this place before heading to my challenge - Kilimanjaro in 1 day. I made it and thanks to Rafiki Retreat for great rest beforehand. Also thanks to owner of the place, we had nice time talking.

Just to improve location marking, the road to property is quite a challenge but can't really blame it :) also, a chair for sitting down in lovely terrace would be very nice.

Very nice, spacious, modern and clean rooms. Friendly staff and a nice large garden area.

Getting there is 50 mins from Kilimanjaro airport and the last bit is a rough road. It’s more expensive than most other places but we loved our stay so nothing to complain about

"Not a good option in Arusha"

1.0

I can say the only thing that I liked was the room

So let's start with bothering people after a long travel to go eat, knocking on their room. When I arrived there was no hot water, was warm but no big issue. The morning I left there was no water, I've contacted them they turn the water on but was freezing, and my driver was already waiting for me outside, the solution was giving me a BUCKET OF WARM WATER TO TAKE A SHOWER. Then when it comes to pay, there no indication that they dont accept cards here, so I've to pay in cash and the FULL PRICE, not even a discount for what they put ke through in the morning. Its just bad, I hope this comment inspire people to not book because qas truly disappointing
