BRTW1.距離jr二条站走路7分鐘，車站外面就有一間購物商城有好幾家餐廳，還有Lawson. 2.車站對面就有超市，再走幾步又有另一家超市，生活機能佳。 3.房間空間充足，乾淨安靜，日式床鋪也很好睡。 4.大門跟房間門用密碼鎖，不用擔心房卡沒帶。
櫃檯不會一直有人在，9點以後基本上是無人櫃檯
