Appartamento grande e in una posizione comoda

Nonostante i numerosi messaggi per aggiornare sull'orario del nostro arrivo, al momento del check-in non c'era nessuno e abbiamo dovuto aspettare per più di 20 minuti. Può capitare certamente, ma arrivati poi in appartamento il riscaldamento era spento, e abbiamo avuto molto freddo. Inoltre in un letto sul cuscino e sulle lenzuola c'erano peli e capelli
