The hotel also had a good restaurant.

The accommodation showed signs of wear and tear.

Large and clean room. Plenty of parking.

Old furniture, old carpets. No desk to work on.

I don't remember breakfast.... I think we left beforehand anyway. We did have supper at the restaurant in the evening, we loved the food, everything was wonderful.

The beautiful pictures showing the thatched roof building are all some of the things you can see from the Villa, but it's not where you stay. You can walk across that bridge and see the building and there's a small swing set and climbing things for kids, but a sign saying "no trespassing" is there too, so basically it's like you're allowed but you're using it with your own risk. (we asked permission to go over there). We saw lots of horses in the riding area (people taking horse riding lessons) and walked by the stables. The Villa itself is very nice, but we thought from the pictures we'd be staying in that thatched roof building....

The location suited my needs. The bed was very comfortable, something I ofter struggle with.

I'd asked for a quiet room. My room was at the top of the open staircase... There was a party downstairs with a loud DJ until 4am!!!! I'd flown 3000km, driven from Riga, to help drive a party of kids for a day out in Vilnius on Saturday. I had to cancel because of lack of sleep. So part of my trip was wasted.
