We ask you to follow these simple rules in advance: - Verification via truve and ID of each guest. - The person who made the reservation must be present. - One pet is allowed by paying the corresponding fee. - Visits are not allowed, exceptions with prior authorization upon arrival. - Cover the damage deposit requested at verification. When traveling with pets, please note that there is a pet fee of 200 MXN per pet, per night. Damage insurance of USD 35 must be paid per stay. This apartment-style accommodations is not a hotel room, so daily housekeeping is not provided. However, you can arrange this service if needed; ask about available options. A cleaning service, which includes changing bed linen and towels, is available upon request at an additional charge of 300 MXN, per day. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
