Der Wohnung liegt sehr geschickt um viele verschiedene Ausflüge zu machen. Koper, Piran, skojanske Caves, Triest, sogar Venedig ist nur 2 Stunden weit weg. Außerdem liegt sie auf der Landzunge von Ankaran, welche nette und ruhige Strände hat, mit gutem und sauberem Meereswasser. Das Preis Leistung Verhältnis ist im Vergleich mit der Umgebung gut. Aber man darf keine neue, Luxus Wohnung erwarten. Ein Parkplatz und Terrasse vor der Tür sind sehr hilfreich. Nadja hat uns empfangen und war sehr nett und herzlich. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war gut und unkompliziert

Da Teile der Wohnung etwas alt sind, riechte sie bei Ankunft in der Wohnung ein wenig muffelig. Der Badewanne ist etwas verkalkt. Duschen ist o.k. aber baden würde ich ungern. Der Orginalofen ging nicht, aber es war ein Ersatzofen vorhanden

Proprietario genitilissimo, ci ha dato ottime dritte su spiagge e ristoranti. La casa è in un'ottima posizione, la struttura un pò vecchia ma funzionante. Parcheggio sotto casa.

The bed frames had noticeable brown, greasy smudges, and the towels smelled like damp mildew. We booked two nights and tried to cancel the second one a few days before our stay, but the owner refused to refund it. The morning after our first night, he stopped by to ask when we’d be leaving, saying he needed time to prepare the apartment for someone else, despite charging us for the second night. Disappointing experience overall.

1. Location: we visited Trieste, Koper, Izola and Piran. Location wise, it was very good for us. But you definitely need a car. 2. Apartment was quite clean

1. Old facility: not only the building itself is old but the furniture and electronic appliances are also very old and not good. Microwave and dishwasher not working, washing machine too loud and almost jumping, squeaky bed, old and broken parts of furniture, white walls have stains. 2. So many mosquitoes outside (couldn’t open windows at all), ants inside(don’t drop or leave any food unless you like them. You will see a troop of ants after you come back) 3. Very weak internet: we knew that there is no WiFi but even when using mobile data, it was very weak, it was difficult to plan our next days due to weak connection.

Perfect apartment for larger groups. Host is very friendly and helpful.
