Very central location, easy to reach everything. Wonderfull wiew.

You have to be prepared for the inconveniences of a mobile home. Cold, small places, airplane size bathroom .

Perfect location, close to historical center. Clean boat, all is yours. It's nice to enjoy a coffee or prosecco on the deck in the morning, looking at the sea ). And also kitchen with gas (and fridge) is a big plus and good save for breakfasts and lunch/dinner onboard.

It's not a problem of this boat - but be aware of moskitos. They are small and ugly, and do not care about repellent bought in the local shop))
