VAVA apartment

The place is in the silent area, close to the Akropolis and apartment itself is really nice and cosy.

We really liked the location , cleanliness, was really nice and space full for a family of 4. I would highly recommend it to everyone! The view over the window is amazing and quiet !

The things we didn’t like is a smell of the pilow( not pilow cases ) it was strong men parfum on it because we are very sensitive and kids also . We also didn’t like artificial fragrances for indoors ( the sticks in fragrance oil) which was very strong in each area of the apartment and we were sneezing all the time for this reason . Next time I would check for it as these days there is so many people allergic to chemical like that . But in general overall it is a very nice apartment :)

Excellent value for price, comfort inside

No issues experienced

We stayed at a few apartments in Klaipeda and this was by far the best. Great location (very close to Akropolis, across a beautiful park), self check-in, big rooms, lots of storage space, everything you may need for your stay is provided by the host, which we really appreciated (kitchen and bathroom essentials). The apartment is very warm and the bedroom had blackout blinds, which was super important to us as we were travelling with a baby. We would be very happy to stay here again!

just a personal preferrence but we found the mattress too soft and the pillows too stiff and hard but that's just us.

We came for the second time here and in general the apartment is good: modern, comfortable with a nice view on the park. But this time some issues spoiled our staying.

What was the most bad and uncomfortable - the parking construction in front of the house. Meaning noise all day and no parking place. We had a small child with us and it was quite an unpleasant surprise. We haven't received any warning about this situation from the owner, however he said that he wrote it somewhere, but we didn't receive it. The most unpleasant thing in this situation was that the owner said that because of this construction he had reduced the price. But we were staying in this apartment some three weeks ago and the price was the same! For us it sounded ridiculous because we knew that it hadn't changed. Another thing was that the heating in the bedroom wasn't working, just cold batteries all the time. The owner brought an electric heater and big thanks for it, otherwise we had to move on the next day. And oven. It wasn't working. It wasn't broken, it just wouldn't turn on because the clock wasn't set. I didn't know what the problem was, owner as well, and I wasted some time trying to figure out what the problem was and to fix it. Knowing all this beforehand we would definitely choose another apartment.
