العمارة قديمة لكن صاحبها مجدد الشقق وشكلها ممتاز والاثاث فوق المتوسط ومريح. ليس فندق بل عمارة بموظف واحد عامل ومحاسب وكل شيء ومتعاون هو والمالك. الدخول ذكي بدون مفتاح ولابطاقة يرسل اليك عير الوات ساب من المالك. حقيقة فيها خدمات فندقية كالمعجون والضيافة والماء والشاي... التلفاز شاشة كبيرة جدا فاخرة ادوات مطبخ متكاملة. المروش مطري فخم. بشكل عام ومقابل السعر تعتبر ممتازة جدا
