Как отель на одну ночь между пересадками нормально.

Когда заселялись не было ни одеяла, ни чего-то ещё укрыться ночью. Очень шумно с улицы

Good airconditioning. Everything looks promising at first but there are many ‘small’ things that pile up to us being very disappointed.

The place is fine, they charge way too much considering what you recieve. Rooms are semi clean, bed is hard and uncomfortable. In the bathroom, there is a tiny mirror the height of your belly. The receptionists do not know english and struggled to help with anything we asked for, even when we used google translate. The location is kind of close to the airport but almost 20 minutes drive away from the center.

Я пробыл гдето 18 дней в номере 201 .Незнаю можеть быть это было только в моём номере, вода в душе очень слабая(напор). Ещё протикала вода сзади унизата на пол когда нажымал кнопку. Приходилось вставить палатенца туда , чтобы не протикала дальше. Попросил ресепшен посмотреть, сказали сообщили сантехнику , когда будет время посмотреть, так и не пришёл сантехник, и никто не предложил другой номер.

Breakfasts are really good, big variety of dishes and drinks, pretty tasty.

The day I arrived they gave me more expensive room, because they didn't have needed room available (I booked it 3 weeks before arrival), but they didn't say that they were going to move me to another room next day. It was really unexpected when they said it, I had to pack all my stuff back and waste a lot of time for that. Wi Fi connection in a new room was awful, you basically can't use it at all, so I've spent all my mobile data in few days, I informed receptionist about that but didn't receive any response at all and nothing changed after. Rooms were clean overall but I found few hairs in both of them. Location is next to airport and nobody mentioned it in their reviews, basically it's hard to sleep even with earplugs in, you're just waking up few times a night. Hotel has rating of 9, but this is not what you expect from nine at all. Stuff is friendly but they are not interested to help and solve problems if there are any.
