Fantastic location. Restaurant downstairs. Amazing farmer's market across the street.

We're too old to handle the stairs in the loft, lol. This is our problem - not the host.

Great spot smack-bang in the city center, yet still quit even on a Saturday night with the streets below packed with people. We stayed 5 nights in April and temperature wise the appartement was comfortable both during day time as well as during the night. Contact with the owner was good.

Cooking facilities were a bit limited, no cutting board and such. With the market and the city center at our front door this did not really matter. If you do want to prepare something at home you might have to improvise a bit though Although the appartement was clean and hygiene was good, it has a profound smell (you get used to it though).

Great location - right next to a wonderful food market perfect for breakfast and dinner. The loft is really quiet with barely any noise from outside. Check in was straightforward, the loft was spacious and warm on a chilly day. Would happily stay again.

Amazing loft apartment in the centre of old Modena. Fully equipped, air conditioned, very clean and comfortable. Very spacious. The host offered to accommodate parking which was very helpful. Highly recommended!!
