ZAOur stay at Casa Ciamician was truly memorable. The apartment itself was lovely—immaculately clean, tastefully decorated and filled with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. It was spacious yet cozy, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What truly set this place apart was the host. She was incredibly warm, kind and attentive from the moment we arrived. She made us feel so welcome, offering helpful recommendations, checking in on us, and making sure we had everything we needed. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests and takes pride in the space. The location is also fantastic—tucked away in a quiet street, but still just a short walk from Trieste’s vibrant city center, waterfront and local restaurants. It was the perfect place to come back to after a day of exploring. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend Casa Ciamician for anyone visiting Trieste—you’ll feel right at home.

GBWalkable from the centre of town and near Trattoria Mara, a chance find that is worth a detour. Very comfortable apartment but don’t be put off by the rather unimposing entrance and stair.
