Place was very clean, bed was comfortable, large room and balconies. Location is very good, close to everything you need. Parking on the street can be difficult, but going 2-3 blocks away solves the issue.

Instructions to enter the place are not sent in advance, you have to stay on the phone and communicate with host when in front, which is very annoying when having kids or luggage. This place is fully electronic, with acces codes everywhere and still they are not sent in advance, but wait for you to arrive in front and message to open doors. Also, the staircase is badly designed, having glass railway taking a lot of space and making it extremely narrow for carrying luggage. There was a bad smell in the bathroom, consistently.

Loved the location of hotel. Coffee facilities and bottled water also a bonus. Great terrace

We were in room. 5 which meant you had to walk up quite a few flights of stairs. If you do have trouble with stairs ask for a room on lower floor as it was tough going with a suitcase. We could open our suitcase fully in room as room was very compact. We did have a terrace so we were able to utilise this for packing.

Great location, hosts were very accommodating and polite. Very comfortable and clean room! The hosts answered questions very quickly!

The air conditioning didn’t work and the bathroom extractor fan was intermittent. The hosts were very quick to try to fix it. But it appears a complete overhaul is needed? The Shower also leaked a lot!

Az apartmanok egy közös fogadórészből és lépcsőházból nyílnak, a beléptetés teljesen automatikus, nagy hangsúlyt fektetnek a biztonságra. Az apartmanunk tiszta volt, modern a berendezés. Remek a lokáció, 10 perc sétával már a történelmi negyedben voltunk.

Egy távoli ingyenes parkoló linkjét kaptuk meg, az érkezéskor tehát viszonylag messziről kellett a bőröndöket cipelni, pedig a környéken is mindig találtunk ingyenes parkolóhelyet. Ezt esetleg lehetne kommunikálni, hogy először mindenki megpróbálhatja a közeli parkolást. Mi azt hittük, hogy sétálónegyedben lakunk, azért kaptuk meg a távoli parkolási lehetőséget.

Beautiful room with excellent bed, linens, facilities. Excellent location.

This is a remote check-in facility - which was great until we had a problem. The hotel had contacted me a few weeks before travel to say they would have to accommodate us in another accommodation as they had sewer problems. They then said it had all been sorted. We checked into the room and immediately the smell of sewage hit us. I had to message the remote check-in service and was advised that they would get someone around to look at it. I let them know we were going out & would leave the window open. I had a message to say all sorted. However, on our late return (23.00) that night the smell was still there. I advised the remote service again of the continuing problem - and that we could not get the air con to work - and received an automated message that the number was only manned to 22.00. We therefore had to flush shampoo down the toilet to try to mask the smell - and leave the window open all night. Whilst I am fully accepting of remote check-in I do think guests need to have access to a 24 hour line in case of emergencies. This spoiled our experience but did not distract from our rating this as an excellent place to stay if these issues can be sorted out.
