Well above the standards I've experienced in any Lagos hote. Staff were efficient and professional, especially the lady who welcomed me at the desk (she's amazing!). The room and bathroom were both clean and well kept, and breakfast was served in a timely manner every morning.

The AC shut off a few times during my stay. Though staff were usually quick about offering a fan instead, I didn't always have power in my room to make this effective.

Went in after I had booked weeks in advance for my birthday weekend only to be told they had no room available for me and I wasn’t able to get another location to replace this cause it was so last minute. They pretty much ruined my entire birthday weekend plans because of their incompetence and I wasn’t able extremely upset by this. Wasn’t even offered any form of compensation for the inconvenience just constant empty apologies please don’t book with them ever.

They were very incompetent
