Staff and the place was realy good ,staff was polite and cooperative Lovely place for family and friends

They Made us hostage for having one visitor. They Literally closed the main door of the hotel, not allowing us to go out. We had to call the Police and wait until they came to help us out. I made my reservation through booking.com for four people. I am the only one going to stay there as my friends (couples) were traveling that night and my flight to Dubai was the next day. I paid for 4 people so that my friends can freshen up and go. Any hospitality management would understand that. But for having the 5th person coming to our room they harassed us by sending security 3 times in 30 minutes. I told them we are leaving as they have a train to catch and only I will come back. when we were going out, they closed the main door of the hotel. They are a shame to the hospitality industry, Instead of making guests feel like home they made it a hostage situation. Which one is a crime? One person coming to a hotel room to visit or stopping their guest car including 2 girls moving out? What we understood from the police officers is that property’s reputation is bad. Very unprofessional staff including the manager. That manager is not qualified to be in this industry at all. He treats Guests very bad as I have seen him arguing with others as well Please think thrice before booking this property

It was a superb experience, I have booked for 2 days but extended for a week. Behavior of staff, Food quality, Everything was superb

Location, food was good. Outside premises is also very good.

Found a cockroach in room. Other wise all ok..
