La ubicación

El internet es pésimo, no es recomendable si el viaje es por trabajo; es importante que atiendan este problema porque probablemente por el tipo de construcción también mi señal en el teléfono falló estando en mi habitación. También recomiendo checar el asunto de las cerraduras, ya que no podía estar segura que la puerta de mi habitación había cerrado correctamente.

La ubicación es buena. El personal es muy amable. Es muy buena la limpieza.

Hay un bar en el mismo predio y tienen ruido después de la 1:00 am. Les sugiero hacer la reserva directamente en la página del hotel porque esta plataforma impide que te apliquen descuentos que pueden tener en la sede del lugar.

"SUPER OPCION EN SAN LUIS POTOSI "

La verdad la atención al cliente es excelente; en México nos cuesta trabajo entender lo que ese término y en este hotel lo hacen excelente. Lo único que no me gustó fue que no hay estacionamiento hasta tarde y debes dejarlo en la calle, peeeero también vimos que es muy segura la zona. Tampoco me gustó que para que salga el agua caliente de la regadera se gasta mucha agua antes.

La atención de todo el personal y la estancia en general

Que una llave del lavabo estaba descompuesta y se regaba el agua limpia, además de que no contaba con ganchos para colgar la ropa
