Prestige rooms

We loved the location in the heart of the old city although up a wee no exit street so not many people walking past. Restaurants super close and great for walking especially in the evening when quieter. Beautiful decor made the place feel special and the big outdoor couches are perfect for relaxing

The bathroom is in desperate need of a refurbishment, it was very small but could cope with that but the shower unit and tiles needed replacing as they were very dirty and caused a musty smell

I am very sorry and we do not mean to be disrespectful to the owner/ cleaning staff but based on booking reviews, I was expecting to find a decently clean room. It was not. We never want to leave bad reviews and we ignore small things that bother us so we don't hurt the owners too much, but here there's just way too many, so I am sorry in advance if this will hurt you, but you should consider it constructive criticism and improve these for future guests. I will list everything what we were very disappointed for, for a clear reference: - Dust everywhere - on the wall lamps, on the coffee table, on the coffee station, in the bathroom, on the night stands. - The windows are full of stains. - There are literal birds nests in the walls - i could hear them in the corner above the clothes rack. - Walls are dirty and full of Marks. - The curtains are see through and have small holes in them and giving that the wooden doors in front of the windows only close from the outside, anyone can simply open them and see everything in the room at all times. It is not safe nor comfortable to know that! - The first thing I’ve noticed as soon as I walked in was that The floor was dirty - good thing we had slippers from home. - We were not left with enough hand soap in the dispenser so after two days we had to go and buy soap from the store. - The soap stand in the shower is barely holding into those two small screws so it is simply useless in that state. We were left with some small shampoo and body wash samples (that we did not use) so giving the fact that they were there when we arrived, the person who placed them must have notices its state. - The shower is full of mold, as well as in between the grout of the shower tiles. - The towels smelled like paint or like they were bought in bulk but never washed.

The broiler made noise all night, it was loud and kept waking me up. There were no instructions.

The room was excellent, great shower and bed with Netflix on the tv. Right in the centre of the tourist centre.

The location. I personally wouldn’t stay here again if I were to visit lake Garda as it was very touristy and preferred the surrounding areas of the lake.

Very central, beautiful, cosy room for a beautiful stay in Sirmione. Appreciated coffee maker. Easy communication with the owner.
