"Low price, but also low quality accommodation"

The price was low, but so was the quality of the accommodation

Neglected premises: broken towel hanger, mold in the shower, coffee machine but no cups, no light on the stairs (we had to use our telephone torch to walk), stale air, one night lamp with bulb the other one without
