"Zero stars."

Oh shame, zero stars for the entire establishment. Paid for the booking and when it was time for check in I asked for directions and I was told I don’t have a booking with them so I had to rebook in the same property for a higher amount and my R500 is gone. Zero stars for real!!

The bed is so comfortable, the apartment is beautiful.

The cleaning service was poor, it was not daily cleaning as they said.
