Nela Apartmani

Good place, clean and comfortable, in quiet area. Parking place is in the yard, apartment is pet friendly, so it is easy with pets, in particular in ground floor apartment. Kitchen is well equipped (we did not cook, but everything is available). Responsive host made the check in and out easy. Overall, good value for money.

We were 4 of us, and we booked apartment with 2 bedrooms and living room with two sofas. It turned out that apartment has no living room, and one bedroom is actually entered directly from the entrance of the apartment. It would be good to provide accurate and transparent info. Otherwise everything was good.

The apartment is small, but cosy and comfy for even a week-long stay. Ideal if you come by car, you can park in front of the door. The neighborhood is very calm and peaceful, good if you want to stay a little bit away from the center's hustle and bustle. Wifi is reliable and allows you to telework as well. Nela and her husband are very welcoming and nice, too! Overall, excellent for a nice car escapade to Nis and its surroundings! View from the hillside is great as well!

Everything was great, but if you want to cook there are not many options given the small space, so you have to be creative! :)

I am thrilled with the hospitality at the host's place. They were so kind, went out of their way for the guests, that it was truly a great pleasure to be a guest at Nela Apartmani. I like that I could find everything I wanted in this apartment, something not even five-star hotels have, and anything one could think of that might be needed at home was in this apartment. The colors the hosts use and in which everything is painted are wonderful, everything matches, everything is coordinated, each bedding goes with the color of the towels, with the pillowcase, with the sheets, it was just so pleasant to be in the apartment. I recommend it to everyone, the place is highly recommendable, and I am delighted with my entire stay at Nela Apartmani.

We booked late in the afternoon and arrived only a few minutes later to find the owner ready and waiting for us already, which was a fantastic and very nice gesture. We were welcomed to an apartment at the ground floor of a huge block of flats, where we found that it was not only a great option to sleep, but it was a real "royal treat" with some extra small arrangments and delicate decorations which made the place very welcoming and cosy. Anywhere You look around, You can almost feel the magic hands of the owners, who know how to treat & welcome guests. We were simply shocked at the quality and comfort of all the beds, common area, toilet. We even had some snacks in the kitchen. Perfect WIFI signal and a fridge to take care of Your food and drinks in the summer. The owner made sure we had everything we needed for the night, all extra equipment, kettle, tea, radio, air-conditioning machine and so on. We parked next to the building as it is located next to the main road in the city, about 2 km from the center. All seemed to be freshly renovated and very tidy and clean. It is a pleasure to stay here. The area is very quiet and peaceful. All amenities were there - brand new towels, blankets, sheets, toiletries and so on - the owner earned our trust by giving us the access to the whole huge apartment with all the luxuries. We felt like at home and wished to stay longer, but were on a rush to get to the other serbian cities;)

Nothing to improve. It is already a perfect, spotles place in Nis!

The apartment is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The space is quite large and offers all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. There is a fully equipped kitchen and cooking utensils. The bed provides a restful sleep. I stayed there in winter, and despite the cold outside, the room was always warm and cozy. The hostess was very hospitable.
