"Amazing location and a lovely outside space but the property needs investment"

The location is fantastic and the outside space is lovely. The kitchen is very well equipped.

The bathrooms are tired, the carpets are rough rope and the showers aren’t great. It’s stated as three bathrooms but they’re en-suite and there’s only two have showers, so you have to queue in the morning for a shower. The photos don’t share that there is an upstairs bedroom only accessible by a thin staircase, and it’s sweltering hot with no air con and a loud fan. When we got home we’ve also found out that my daughter has bed bugs... It is uniquely furnished and quite quant but it really needs some upkeep.

"Great characterful stay in the heart of town"

Location is perfect. The living area is impressive and great outdoor area.

The carpet/flooring is very uncomfortable- had to be in shoes/sandles most of the time. Only A/C in the main bedroom.
