The location is really central. The room itself is fine.

The room is on top of some night clubs. Therefore it is extremely loud when you try to sleep. Even when the windows is closed you can hear the loud noise until 6am. The Entrance and the way to the room is not so beautiful. No lift available if you have many luggage with you.

Absolutely gorgeous room. Very close to loads of amazing restaurants and has loads of history in the surrounding area. Great communication from the host

The noise of the bars at night was unbearable. I recommend you go to DM Drogerie Markt round the corner - I got 8 sets of earplugs for 15.60leu and they blocked out all sound

Property was in a great location. Very central in the old town.

The room I was presented with was not to a very good standard. It felt like it was rushed to be completed and with minimal effort. The bed head had screws sticking out in the direction on the bed , was could have easily of scratched someone’s head or arm. The mattress itself was so very hard, the floor would have been more comfortable. The toilet seat was not properly attached to the toilet, so sitting on it meant you had to hold yourself up not to slide the whole fixture off the toilet. And the lights would flicker. The hotel moved me to another room promptly. The second room lost Hot water on my last 2 nites of stay. And nothing was done about it as no one works on weekends. After leaving the hotel, and looking back at past reviews noticed that the screws in the bed had been reported before . ( so was not fixed when tho it had been reported before )

The nightclub opposite was loud until 6:30am which was not ideal, although I was in a stag do, it’s Still a lot later than I was coming back so hard to sleep

for keys no email or information. Flight delayed but apartment didnot bother. After calling on provided no. She response little absurd but after requesting she allow to pass in. thanks for phone attendant lady support.

No email or communication in case of you arrived little late which is quite possible as flights can get delayed.

It's terrible...The bed is broken. The bed is noisy.Scary music at high volume.Bad smell in the room!!!!!I don't recommend anyone to stay here.

The room overall, as well as, the bath in the room was a nice touch.

The outside made it look bad.. but when you got in it was truly fine :)

Great location if you look to be right in the heart of the old town

Due to being right in the heart of the old town comes with late night bats with extremely loud music until 6am!

Place was clean and spacious and they were easy to contact with questions and queries. Easy to locate and access.

It was very noisy from late at night until 7am due to the bars outside the window. The toilet seat was broken in multiple places and I raised this with the manager but I am sure the cleaners would have noticed and could have prevented this issue from getting worse.
